I am a qualified counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
My work is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and respect for your individual story. I offer a warm and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences safely, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and reconnect with what matters most to you — at your own pace.
My approach is integrative, grounded in person-centred counselling and sensitive to the impact of past experiences and trauma.
I bring over a decade of experience working with neurodivergent individuals and supporting clients from diverse cultural and migration backgrounds. I also volunteer at the Men's Wellbeing Centre, contributing to support around men's mental health and suicide prevention.
Alongside talking therapy, I am a sound therapy practitioner and have an interest in the connection between sound, creativity, and emotional wellbeing.
Together, we’ll work at your pace to explore patterns, strengthen your inner resources, and move towards a more grounded and fulfilling way of being.
If you feel ready, or even just curious, you’re welcome to get in touch.
Therapy with me is not about fixing you, but about understanding you. We focus on what is happening in your present experience, while gently exploring patterns that may have developed over time. Sessions move at your pace, in a way that feels safe and manageable.
I offer online counselling across the UK and abroad, as well as in-person sessions locally.
